How to make a Discord sticker
1 · Start with one readable subject
Choose artwork you own or are allowed to use. Tight silhouettes, expressive faces and simple shapes read better at chat size than tiny text or a whole scene. Fit preserves the whole image with padding; Fill crops the center to a square.
2 · Clean the edge
Try background removal for a plain backdrop, then preview the result. This is a color-based edge tool, so it may erase similarly colored details or leave complex backgrounds. Add a narrow outline only if it improves contrast.
3 · Check the PNG before uploading
Discord's creator guide specifies exactly 320 × 320 pixels and a maximum of 512 KB for custom stickers. This maker always downloads a static PNG and warns if it exceeds the size limit. You may need simpler source artwork if it does.
Crop, add padding, clear a plain background or add an outline before exporting a single static PNG.

Discord sticker maker questions
Can I make an animated sticker here?
No. Discord accepts APNG for animated custom stickers, but this editor exports a static PNG only. It rejects GIFs and animated PNG or WebP files instead of silently flattening them.
Will every download be accepted by Discord?
No. The tool checks pixel dimensions and the exported byte size, but Discord applies its own current upload, content and server eligibility rules. A warning appears if the PNG exceeds 512 KB.
Do you upload my image?
No. Image decoding, editing and export happen in this browser tab. The page may load ordinary analytics and font services, but it does not send your artwork to an image-processing server.
Do I need Nitro or server boosts?
